OUr History

Mi Cava & Cocina family has been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, although it has been a different concept than MI CAVA & COCINA, our passion for quality food and drinks is unparalleled. Mi CAVA & COCINA is a very long-planned project that took years of development; from looking for the perfect location which will make an impact on the community, to finding the perfect team to create an amazing menu and be confident that we can deliver exceptional service. From multiple short trips around the Northwest to the very long tiring trips to Mexico seeking inspiration, to countless hours creating the recipes that made it to the menu.

Mi Cava & Cocina is contemporary cuisine inspired from areas South of Mexico to the Pacific Northwest. We will be working with ingredients directly from the source to ensure freshness and sustainability.
